Workshop will walk participants through aura repair and practical exercises on basic shielding. Teaching will transition into practical and ethical shielding techniques 

This introductory workshop is designed to provide practitioners new to energy work with a solid understanding of the basics. Things start off with exercises on how to sense, move, and manipulate energy, both in yourself and with others. Once the class has a good sense on how energy “feels”, we will cover the importance of grounding and shielding, and provide lessons for those who struggle with either or both of these techniques. In closing, we will discuss the very important issue of ethical energy work. Why? Because unless energy work is done ethically, then regardless of one’s intentions, that work may not simply fail, but potentially cause unintended harm.
