Body Temple Dance is a practice of trance, somatic movement, dance, manifestation, and healing or acknowledging grief. 
BTD starts with writing of a prompt, breathework, and poetry. 
Then we begin to move. There are 3 styles of movement in body temple dance. The styles of movement are used as sort of progression of the soul and spirit. 
This is only 1 of 3 workshops I would like to do.
