This introductory workshop is designed to provide practitioners new to energy work with a solid understanding of the basics. Things start off with exercises on how to sense, move, and manipulate energy, both in yourself and with others. Once the class has a good sense on how energy “feels”, we will cover the importance of grounding and shielding, and provide lessons for those who struggle with either or both of these techniques. In closing, we will discuss the very important issue of ethical energy work. Why? Because unless energy work is done ethically, then regardless of one’s intentions, that work may not simply fail, but potentially cause unintended harm.

Step back into the 19th and early 20th centuries to explore a defining era of modern spiritual history: the birth of the Spiritist movement and the dramatic rise of evidential mediumship. This course bridges historical research, sociology, and the evolution of spiritual practice, tracing how a cultural phenomenon transformed the way humanity views life, death, and communication with the unseen.
We will examine the movement’s origins, from the foundational codification of Spiritism by Allan Kardec in France to the global obsession with séances and spirit manifestations. Rather than looking at these events in a vacuum, we will analyze the socio-political climates—including the devastating losses of major wars—that turned mediumship from a parlor curiosity into a profound spiritual movement seeking verifiable proof of survival.

In this workshop I will be showing everyone what plant charming is and how it as a practice can do so much for someone. Plant charming is a the practice of building a spiritual connection with the spirit and essence of each plant by using tools like trance and dance. After learning to build a connection with the plant spirit they felt called to, they will learn certain moves which are good for certain requests, and learning how to manifest their wants and needs while dancing in trance. The practices used in plant charming are old, I'm just showing them to you in a new light as I was taught by my spirit guides and goddesses.

Move from embodiment into intentional relationship with the living cosmos. This interactive sequel builds on somatic and archetypal methods to help participants translate embodied planetary experience into practical insight for everyday life, vocation, and spiritual practice.
Through movement, reflection, and guided inquiry, participants will explore which planetary powers feel most central to their nature, which support their current season of life, and where imbalance or inner friction may exist. Together, we will create a personal map of your cosmic archetypes and establish a conscious hierarchy of planetary relationships.
This workshop begins with a somatic warm-up to introduce or refresh the method, making it accessible whether or not you attended the previous class, Embodying Cosmic Archetypes.
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and bring a printed copy of your natal chart or a screen capture of your chart on your smartphone, a notebook, and a pen for reflection. No prior astrology knowledge is required.

Self-care is prescribed in today’s world in every article, meme or post about life in the modern world. But we, as interconnected beings that require a village, also need to recognize when we need to engage in community care as well. This workshop will discuss why we need community from a behavioral science perspective as well as why we, as pagans, need to be especially aware of our larger communities, those communities’ needs and how we can find balance between showing up, and getting a case of helium hand. We all need a village, not just tiny humans and the caretakers of tiny humans.  Discussion will be posed to unpack reservations about getting involved, and also to unpack the needs of those who get over-involved because “who will do X if we don’t”.  Come prepared to talk, laugh and hold space for each other, ourselves, and those who make stuff happen behind the scenes.
